Refund Policy for KidzKnot
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
What Can Be Returned
You can return items that:
- Do not fit properly
- Have a manufacturing defect
- Are not what you expected (color, size, material)
- Were ordered by mistake
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale and clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at hello@kidzknot.com or WhatsApp at +92 300 1234567 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the item to the address provided. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that do not fit or are the wrong size. Exchanges are processed as a new order — you pay any price difference, and we cover the exchange shipping cost for defective items.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
